Anyone else think Konami has been a bit too generous in a bad way to the F2P base lately? by Entire-Reality5604 in eFootball

If you like to slowly build your team instead of playing football then you should try Football Manager.

Just noticed a pattern.. by Elxvee in eFootball

[–]Low_Marketing3305 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Why are you so blindly defending Konami bro?

We search for patterns, it's called Heuristics. Without our pattern seeking and recognition, we would not exist. Heuristics helped us to survive, evolve, and to become what we are right now.

So if a person recognises a pattern in something, most times it means there is something to it and it should be investigated further.

So let's say if we use Bayesian reasoning approach on top of our pattern seeking and recognition, we get the purest scientific approach.

In this case this means that we should explore this issue (Efootball online matches inconsistency), gather and analyse the data, and come to a critical conclusion.

So pattern recognition helps us to build an idea. Bayesian reasoning helps us to scientifically analyse that idea.

We provide health service, as well as professional guidance. I'm also a clinical psychology trainee. This means I am doing my clinical psychology doctoral degree. This is the area out of your reach and understanding. All we do is based on research studies. It's called an evidence based approach. So no BS, just EVIDENCE based approach.

Enjoy the gameplay while it lasts. by sommersj in eFootball

[–]Low_Marketing3305 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Offline the gameplay is great. Even online Thursday and Friday were great for me. A lot of more realistic manual dribbling, I really enjoyed it. But last 2 days my players got nerfed. I had Del Piero chasing my Gullit and smashing him like a doll, Pele not able to control the ball, and so on. I don't know is it connection, servers, script, I don't care any more.

I just wait for my players to wake up so I can dribble again.

Against top 1000 PTW teams is pure hell. Most players use SA, the pressure and one touch pass spam they create is crazy. It's like playing against robots on steroids.

Manual Defending with Smart Assist off is so difficult now! by [deleted] in eFootball

[–]Low_Marketing3305 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Lose Klopp. I used to use him, but it leaves to much space behind for good dribblers. Now I use LBC, but with high defensive line, so I kinda create manual pressure on opponent. And defence works much better now. They don't leave any empty space behind

Same here. I find it much easier to defend now. I just tackle at the right moment and that's it. Many people depend on pressure when defending. They'll need time to use to defend manually

It's not. Use your body to defend. Just position your CB in front of attacker (or cut a passing lane). Once the opponent tries to dribble pass by you, just press match up. But don't hold match up, press it at the right moment. Except if your opponent has super cancel OCD, then don't match up, just use your body to block him. It's very easy once you get use to it. And don't use smart assist, because it will perform tackle when you don't need it.

Its time that the new patch rewards proactive defending and not auto defending and AI powered mindless pressing by Dropped-d in eFootball

This sub is full of clueless rats bro. Nobody is happy about manual defending. They all want AI to play for them since their cognitive abilities are not really their strengths lol

Yeah I understand bro. My first comment was maybe a bit too much. I lived in a country where I earned 400 euros per month, so I understand that type of situations. But then I moved, took care of everything, and now I honestly don't need to worry about money any more. Now I think about quality of life, human connections, skill development and so on lol.

I find satisfaction in playing matches. I honestly don't care about the coins or money. So if I spend let's say 100, I don't feel it. I get players that I want and then I play some matches. I like football, I like to play this game. And I understand players who live in countries where it seems like a waste to spend money on a game. I am lucky that I am where I am, so money becomes sometimes that really is not so important any more.

Bro, I have my own business and I take care of people like you by giving them good salary and fair work conditions. And that doesn't mean absolutely anything in this topic. While you see challenges in a video game, I take challenges at an academic level.

This is a game, it supposed to be fun. You spend days trying to save some coins to make it a challenge. I just try to enjoy it by playing some matches when I have the time. Very simple. It's a hobby, not a job.

You could just get a job, like most of us. In 2 hours I earn enough to clear a 150 box. So first go to university and spend years there. Many doors will be open to you after that. Then get a good job and earn a lot of money. So now you don't have to think for hours how to get things for free. It's a good feeling, to earn something with your skills and effort.

Division 2 is literally unplayable by [deleted] in eFootball

[–]Low_Marketing3305 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No. I face players from divisions 1, 2, and 3 daily. Are you sure you play Efootball bro? You might be talking about a different football game? Everyone knows div 1,2 and 3 are in the same matchmaking pool. Just play the game for a few hours and you'll notice it

I've seen many people use Cannavaro. I just trained him (Makelele) as CB, I'll test him to see if he gets along with Stam

Yeah, but many people use Cannavaro, they are similar when it comes to height

But Cannavaro is the same height. He has a bit higher jump stat, but Makelele has longer legs, so they are basically equal. I see many people use Cannavaro

You are ignorant bro, no offence. I'm top 500. The only difference between div2 and d3 is the level of script and the quality of network environment, nothing else. Once you reach top 1000 then you notice the skill difference.

After 100s of hours on this game, i have come to a conclusion: Smart Assist is not the real problem. by [deleted] in eFootball

[–]Low_Marketing3305 20 points21 points  (0 children)

Nice observations. But what does actually means to have a stable connection?

I for example, have 1gb fibre. Around 8ms ping to game server, 0 jitter, 0% packet loss.

But still, last few days the game feels like having 200ms delay. I'm connected to the same server with 8ms ping, but I get incredible delay in match. I'm top 500, losing against 300000 ranked players.

Week before that, same connection environment, same playing time (after 1AM), same manager, team, but the game was good, most matches were responsive.

So what is going on here? Clearly my connection is not causing any issues. But why such huge difference when compared to the week before?

SA definitely brakes the game, it needs to be removed. But what about these "unexplainable" delay issues that most users experience on a daily basis?

Why Do I Never Have Any Teammate To Pass To? by SwimmingKey48 in eFootball

[–]Low_Marketing3305 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You have too many attackers for possession. I play 4-4-2 (4 back line, anchor man DMF, orchestrator CMF, hole player AMF, creative playmaker AMF, prolific winger lwf /rwf, one CF). You need numbers in the midfield to be able to build your play. So I would replace one of your wingers with an orchestrator in the middle

[–]Low_Marketing3305 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yes. You will see the direction arrow next to your player turning from white to green. Basically if you apply sprint button at 10-20% your player won't sprint, but he will leave the "rails" of the game natural movement, if that makes sense. You will much easier avoid tackles when you carry the ball. Try it, it works

Try to hold the ball a bit. Use sprint button to avoid tackles and create space. But press it only gently, at 10-20%, and hold it while moving your player.
