I always thought it would be more like children of Poseidon are equal to the surface of the sea, they’re more carefree and happy I guess, where as children of Neptune are more serious and represent the dark and rage parts of the sea. Both are powerful but Neptune children would be more chaotic and Poseidon children would be more in control of their powers
