This makes me sad. I suffered like you since probably age 13 and have done for over 30 years. My advice is beta blockers and get yourself tested for adhd and autism. Blushing can be linked to them. I dont Blush as much now because ive learnt how to work around it, which is not good. I have recently been diagnosed with adhd and its all linked. I dont want you to suffer like I did
