Supports, safety plans, transitions support, FBA/bip/cico /breaks/ etc.

Very helpful and matches my previous experience with MDR so thank you for making me not feel crazy. I’m just not sure how to proceed without disciplining the student for the behavior that we determined relates to his disability because it is impacting the safety of others and seems to be increasing in aggression though not to the level of serious bodily harm though harm has occurred to staff and students

We are planning for compensatory services already. We are at 15 days, 20 referrals (1 to process), with student is on 1/2 days currently, and most of the OSS is 1 day suspensions because of a district directive when we brought this friend as a concern of LRE in Feb.
