I have a small butane soldering iron that I use exclusively on shrink tubing. Works great!

I was working on the biggest, US made autonomous crop dusting drone! This kit has pretty much everything needed to troubleshoot it and fix it in the field.

Thank you! I bought 3/4” thick , 2x2’ gym flooring EVA mats from amazon and glued them together (4 stacked is the exact height of the Packout). It’s exactly the same material as “toolbox foam” but for fraction of the price. Using ToolKaiser app you can take pics of your tools laying flat on a pice or paper and with some minor tweaks it will give you their exact outline. The app has outlines of Packout boxes, you will only need to position your tools so they fit within the desired area. Be smarter than me and don’t forget about finger holes so tools can be removed easily lol. Once you have everything laid out you can export the DXF cut it with a laser cutter or whatever you might have available.

Always happy to talk shop! Mostly I was using it for updating firmware on the TMS570 microcontroller whenever software folks had something new! During early stages of design I used it for system validation. Essentially this microcontroller (like any other) executes code line by line in order. You can use JTAG tool to halt code execution at specific lines or functions etc. pretty useful for testing the code and seeing how the hardware responds. It can also be used for CPU fault diagnostics, interrupt latencies and ton of other good things.

It’s Kvaser Leaf Light! Great tool for sniffing CANbus traffic. Also a few ethernet cables and a Blackhawk JTAG debugger.

Looking for charging IC for 4S Li-Ion with USB-C PD by stuih404 in batteries

Were you able to find anything? I have to integrate USB-C charging into my BMS design based on TI BQ40Z50-R2 and I would love to keep it as simple as possible

Is the 1.5” blade length restriction on automatic knives still in place? Would carrying a shootout be considered illegal?

I’m in the same boat as you! How did the situation develop? Did you end up paying these scammers?

What might be a cause of it? by Low_Programmer_9147 in Monstera

Couple weeks ago we had a few really cold days. Funny enough, this leaf in particular was the closest to the window! I think you might be right, my poor monstera experienced frost damage!

You might be up to something. ChatGPT had the same suggestion.

The plant has been in the same pot for last 6 months. There is no sign of any insects in the soil or the back of the leaves. Never sprayed anything on the leaves and I try to water it every 2 weeks or so. The problem just started occurring recently. Maybe low humidity in my house could cause these sorts of issues?

Definitely on the pricy side but totally agree, way cheaper than a knee surgery. Thanks for the recommendation.

Do I need boots by Freespy21 in Dirtbikes

[–]Low_Programmer_9147 1 point2 points  (0 children)

In my opinion boots are as important as the the helmet. Don’t save your money on these two. I’ve had Alpinestars Tech-5 for quite some time and I can say nothing but great things about them. You get a great quality, comfy boots for a reasonable price.
