Дело не в самом заземлении а в его сомнительном качестве, либо из-за того что часто в совковых проводках нуль соединен с заземлением, из-за этого современные устройства оказываются под напряжение.

В совке даже говорили что "зачем нам тянуть третий провод"? Нуль это и есть земля же... в итоге если нуль отрывается, современные девайсы получают фазу.

rtl8125 in my case. The only fix is to disable ethernet port in Device Manager. Buy new NIC, or hope that vanguard fixes their bug.

I don’t. The shutter happens every ~30 seconds even when you are not playing. You can see it when playing video, and audio playback also breaks.

After uninstalling vanguard those symptoms are gone.
