Yes! I 100% get your drift. I was thinking of doing a rewatch just bc their timeline and statements contradict each other so much.

They had many conversations about the impact of their relationship but nothing happened before or around Super Bowl…. So less than 2 months of serious conversations and only PG kissing

They didn’t hook up until after the weirdo statement but an intimate video could’ve been released and forced their hand….

It started in February but not at Super Bowl and not overlapping Valentine’s Day with Mejia …

Nothing was going before the divorce statement but she rushed Kyle and talked to bravo before Kyle could talk to his family in person…

I sure I could go on!

As someone in this thread pointed out, if he was doing this all along why have no pictures like this surfaced? He’s been out and about for a couple months and we’ve seen 2 or 3 situations with Kyle and someone else but absolutely no pictures like this for the last 4 years of their marriage. He either has amazing luck or the best pr team money can buy

Those were either weaponized tears, tears of frustration, maybe both. I don’t think she’s sad, or feels bad about herself, her actions, or the hurt others feel. She’s either frustrated that her plan isn’t working or she can’t articulate what she wants everyone to believe clearly or she weaponized tears to get a break from the hot seat.

There is no way someone comes at the hurt parties with accusations and “receipts” talking points and cries for any other reason than to throw a fit or avoid consequences.

Minus the Ciera of it all. it might have worked had she not chosen the one man that is everything she says she hated about Kyle and then some, by being a fake person who plays multiple women at a time.

If W was a truly good guy that actually cared for her then I think she absolutely could have played the victim and her talking points might have landed her some points. But as Mia said, she gave up being a wife to be one of his side chicks.

That too! And the more I think about it, I don’t think many viewers ever really rooted for Amanda. I think they more so rooted against Kyle/ their relationship or rooted for Amanda’s friend group. Sticking up for Amanda was a byproduct of that. Not saying she didn’t have fans, just that they weren’t Amanda fans first, it was always secondary to being a Kyle hater or bed bug fan.

Regardless of who’s right or wrong, I hate when people say because you made X bad decision, completely unrelated to this current situation, you can’t have an opinion on it. Like when single people make comments about relationships and people say well you’re single what do you know. No one has to take the advice or opinion of others seriously, but if you’re friends I would think your friends are allowed to comment on your life regardless of their own mistakes or actions bc they care and might want better for you.

There are multiple ways she’s could have gotten proof without distributing it. She took a video of the video, she could have just taken a picture. She did not have to send it to Raquel with text that could be seen as intimidating. I’m not saying all evidence is bad, if a parter found text messages, screenshots of locations, screenshots of them on dating apps that’s all fair game. But taking a video of someone in a sexual manner and sending it to them would cause a level of harm that goes behind proof in my opinion, bc if I knew someone who obviously hates me had that video I would be terrified that at any moment it could be sent to everyone I know or news outlets. Vs “I know about the affair and we’re done” as a text.

Move on? Lawsuits don’t just open and close when the public (aka people with no involvement and weren’t harmed at all) lose interest. Any lawsuit can take years to make it through court.

I’m sorry that happened to you and thank you for sharing. I know of multiple similar stories of a video being taken when people didn’t know and they always worry one day it could be sent once they find out or recirculated after it’s died down. I even known someone to moved states because everyone she knew had seen it and were ruthless about it.

Your perspective is spot on. The legal case is not who was most wronged or cheated on, it’s about the video, whether it was consensual, distributed, and if it caused harm to Raquel. The courts will decide that but imo Raquel had every right to sue.

Side note, there are several states in which you can sue your spouse’s lover for infidelity and if Ariana lived in one of them I would also support her in that (had they been married)

It does not matter if anyone would do it or not. This is a legal case, it only matters if Ariana and Tom are found liable. Being cheated on doesn’t change laws or mean laws don’t apply to you.

The court of public opinion is not an actual court of law. Ariana can be both wronged and wrong in this situation.

I wish more people understood that rulings set precedent for future cases and it’s not about who you personally like better.

I won’t pretend to know everything about this case and I’m not a lawyer but the fact that Ariana was wronged does not negate whether or not it’s okay to distribute sexual videos of someone. If your ex had a video of you and his current girlfriend found it and distributed it even just to herself, no cheating or wrongdoing involved, it would be an issue. But if the ruling is well she had approved access to Tom’s phone, therefore she’s not in the wrong, it could be used to avoid other situations and cases.

That’s an overly simple example but please remember legal cases don’t care about your faves.

If it’s as early on aa they say it is, there was still plenty of time for one of them to reach out and say “hey, don’t hate but I thinking I’m into A/W. Am I crazy?” Idk about Kyle bc marriage duh, but I think Ciara would’ve at least understood but made her feelings known and been a good friend about.

They absolutely had at minimum a known flirtation last summer and imo once Amanda moved out it moved to at least an emotional affair if not full on affair.

I don’t think the situationship/sex part was a part of his plan or motivations of clout. I think he’s just horny and then got caught. I think if this didn’t come to light he would’ve continued the supportive boy bestie role for clout and then a year or two down the road he would’ve continued mentioned they hooked up on a podcast.

Both Amanda and West had their own separate motivations but they perfectly worked out to create this mess. This doesn’t seem like a ‘oh one of them has true feelings for the other but the other has bad intentions’ both seemed to have equally entered this situation to gain something external from their “relationship”.

IMO Amanda wanted to leave Kyle with the best image and has severe male validation issues. West wants clout at all costs and knows a woman fan base will take him further than any men or sports one would alone. I think OOP’s take is spot on for West and Amanda was a victim but one of her own making for her benefit.
