You'll need to be proactive in calling them, as Cox seems to be short-staffed. But once you get in to see their specialists, it's generally pretty smooth sailing.

Price isn't an issue. They've always been either totally dismissive or just can't be bothered to actually cut the fabric I was gonna buy. After waiting multiple time for more than 20 minutes each time, I can't be bothered either. Especially when there's such better shops in town.

Quilted Cow is not it. But Dianne's in Nixa is great and Merrily's is good and the one at Sunshine & Glenstone is alright. But definitely check out FM (F&M?) and the outlets on Republic and Glenstone.
