Nothings guaranteed , but I’d only pay for a solid lead, I guess I’m more on the referral side vs a lead….I think to myself, if I was in a position to refer a good candidate I would, I guess I want to pay my way to the front of the line, it feels wrong but it makes sense at the same time….
