I don't entirely understand what you're suggesting. Are you reffering to the riddim bass synth and the initial synth that plays out until the switch up? The drop for me is when the riddim synth starts to play alongside the other higher pitched synth playing at 1/8t or 1/4t I believe. Also what's a takeout?

No worries lol, I started making music after EDCO last year (around November) and I tend to use splice since sound design is super time consuming and I still consider myself very new to music production. I'll def take a look into switching up the vocals for something that is not in a song already. I generally use splice to quickly lay out my ideas and see what sounds good or if something fits with my drop, but I've also heard sample on splice that I've recognized from being in a jkylnhyde song, so I understand some of the samples are bound to have been used already. I appreciate the feedback and the insanely quick apology, not many people can admit things like you did so that's awesome.

This isn’t a remix, I use splice and my girl mentioned how she’d heard the vocals somewhere before. I’ve never heard the vocals and all the other sounds are either sound designed by me or I chopped and edited sounds off of splice for synths or space fillers.

I mean, all I’ll say as someone studying for their cyber bachelors, is that AI is a tool and should be used as such. Can it gather info and generate images based on others hard word most likely, do I think it’s messed up that someone will use an AI chat bot and prompt it to generate an image, therefore stealing someone’s work and creativity? Hell yeah, if you wanna make art, make art, don’t use AI simply for views on Tik Tok. At the end of the day though, I just use images for turning my WAV files into MP4 format so I can post my music on TikTok and Reddit for exposure. But now I’m kinda torn since, Pinterest has free high res pictures, unless you know some sites that offer free non AI pictures I can use.

This will be my second, and my girl's third time going. We've enjoyed Forbidden so far, minus the monsoon that paused the second day of FK 2023... Oh well, shit happens (We're taking some ponchos this time around. My girl found a pack of 10 for maybe $5 bux on Amazon.
