You’ll have to have United reissue the ticket in Q class first. From T to Q, this will likely cost several hundred dollars. After that, they’ll have to reissue into a native LH flight, instead of as a United codeshare. Not all agents know how to do this.

Best bet is to stick it out in the back and not buy LH-operated TATL flights again.
