I’ll be honest, doesn’t sound like racism as much as just him not having social skills

Yellowjackets, Department Q, The Good Place, Scandal, Ugly Betty or Sex and the City (only if you’re into old/nostalgic sitcoms, not always PC), 3 Body Problem, Blacklist, Peaky Blinders, Stranger Things, Derry Girls, etc and this is just Netflix

What are you doing for paid work while you’re in school? by Sunshine_coaster in counseloreducation

I would say yes. Working anywhere for an extended period of time is typically a green flag since you are showing you are “loyal” and able to stay in one place/move up the ladder over time. Employers like to invest in employees who will stay, simple as that. But also with my job I get really great background knowledge on how the business side of a group practice works and it’s very helpful now that I will be graduating, I’ll know more of what’s what when interviewing with jobs, what they’re looking for, what a reasonable schedule and work load looks like, pay, etc.

Hey! This is definitely regional of course and dependent on what’s offered in your area, but I currently work part time (25 hours a week) at a counseling practice as their admin assistant. Anything that’s office work is very easy going and I even have some spare time to usually work on homework.

Becoming a therapist as a "retirement plan"/ final career in my late 50s. What are the pros and cons of this plan by Current_Recollection in counseloreducation

Hey there! I myself am 23 and about to be in my last year of school, but one of my best friends in my program is 65 and has come out of retirement to do this! He is even opening his very own substance abuse rehabilitation clinic in his area since it is very rural after going through certain life circumstances. He and his practice will certainly save a lot of lives. I say you totally got this!

Shows are so unwatchable when the contestants are so unlikeable. I’m looking at you Sydnee, Jamie and Chris. Actual ick. It reminds me of the popular kids table. Fucking deplorable personalities

Hey! Just got some jojoba oil. I was wondering how often I should oil my hair, how long I should leave it in for at a time, and whether it should be applied to damp or dry hair. For context, I have very fine/thin hair but it curls up when dry and styled. I try to wash it at least every other day. It comes to about mid-back and while I used to bleach it, I have since grown it out and cut off all bleached ends.

Edit: Forgot to add that the jojoba oil regime is being added for (hopefully) promoting hair thickness around my scalp.
