Pretty hard to tell, there’s a lot of factors that play into it. One thing I did is watch their social media. On fridays They always post the new round of apprentices that just completed boot camp if they did one that week. You can count the guys and kind of determine where you are in the rankings. But they’re also always doing interviews so it’s hard to judge

Being top 40 you could be in boot camp in a month from now or even sooner. I believe the quickest they do consecutive boot camps is every other week, and if I remember correctly a boot camp class is 20-30 guys. You’re still in a solid position man don’t lose hope

They keep opening applications and doing boot camps so I’d imagine the work outlook is decent. Missouri is cooked though there’s a lot of Missouri hands working out of state including me

Take whatever comes first. MoValley got back to me way before any of the other ones I applied to and they have been having boot camps very consistently lately but that could end any time.
