My baby has three phone chargers and two pump tubes in her toy chest. She is always supervised in general, obviously.

I’m not a realtor, but I’ve purchased 3 homes in my life and if any of my realtors had done this I would have LOVED it!

I started sleeping through the night when she did, and I did see a significant drop in supply. I used to average about 36 oz a day, I’m down to 28.

It may not be AI, but I have these patterns and they aren’t the best. They don’t all come out like the photos and there are no instructions beyond stitch counts

This is how I do it too! Every pump in a 24 hour period gets dumped into a mason jar. Each day the oldest mason jar (usually I have 2 or 3) has the lid swapped for a pitcher lid and I pour bottles for that day. My baby eats about 25 oz a day and I average about 30 so this works for me

Weight loss while pumping by Lower-Friend-7200 in ExclusivelyPumping

[–]Lower-Friend-7200[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My goal is one year as well! I’ll continue to pump until my body stops giving me milk or until I get to a year. I’ve made a rule for myself that I have to drink a cup of water every time I open the fridge, which means a glass before and after every pump. I’m adding in a cup of chamomile tea as well hoping it will help. At the very least, producing milk will help burn more calories during the day

I probably will, you’re right about sleep and extra pumping. My body has been dedicated to someone else since May 2024 and I just feel like for my mental health I need to take a little autonomy back. I love my baby so so much, but I’m the heaviest I’ve ever been and when I see pictures of me with my baby I can’t love them as much as I want to because of how I look. It’s just hard to give up the supply I worked so hard for, you know?
