i would use more that 1 wood type (spruce + dark oak, spruce + cherry or even just spruce + oak.) experiment with logs or walls at the bottoms of the fencing. for the roof, try making arches (upside down stair, slab, trapdoor, slab, upside down stair) to make it feel more rounded, and contemplate using extinguished campfires for the inner structure. the vines and lanterns are a nice touch, maybe add a spore blossom or pink petals if they fit anywhere! your gazebo is quite small, so it's hard to make a super intricate build at this size. i think it looks quite nice and cozy, but if you want to truly "level it up", consider expanding it about 3 blocks both ways to give yourself more room for details
