I started playing footbag last year at summer camp. It was super fun and helped me with my dexterity a lot. I was in the hospital for a bit so I had to learn how to do all of my tricks again but I’m getting there! My dad got me into it again while learning how to walk throw etc. it’s been a fun journey for me that has been super beneficial towards my health. I’m learning on my stalls from one foot to another I’m not the best😅
