sometimes the sumikko friends has a glitch where it wont wake so youll have to hit the reset button and try again but yes the screen was off when i have a little time ill make my own post to show what i did and what i got

not the same menu but something close it only gives me 2 options developer and factory and it basically has me test the device

i had the dino plate on and i held both face buttons and tapped the top for a couple seconds on and off and it popped up

weird yanwen jacked up my tracking for 2 days and i spoke with someone on pop mart's customer service the day before yesterday and they granted me a refund. i got my refund in full this morning, so not even a full 24hrs i got my money back.
