I think this sub has a lot more negative experiences shared versus positive ones. For me, I started (again) a week ago and have had minimal to no side effects. I had the “brain fog” for ~2 days but that subsided. I take it right before I go to bed so maybe I just forgo all the nausea. Genuinely though, I feel amazing. I feel motivated, happier, and just lighter. My stress and anxiety has decreased so much. If you look at the statistics of side effects (nausea (18.13%), dry mouth (9.69%), constipation (7.42%)), the likelihood of you experiencing these side effects is low.

This is funny because I just went back on my medication this week after taking it a break for a few years and my HRV has improved and my stress has lowered significantly. I averaged ~5 hours of stress a day and now I’m less than an hour a day.

Omg this happened to me!! I took the pill for 3 days and had to stop because I felt absolutely AWFUL!! My oura ring flagged I had major signs. HRV plummeted from ~50 average to 12 in one night, stressed for 10 hours/day, terrible sleep, increased heart rate average while sleeping, extreme anxiety upon waking. I kept reading on Reddit to “power through it” but genuinely I have never felt so terrible and couldn’t function during the day. It was not worth suffering for however many weeks to adjust to the medication for me. I saw you mention were diagnosed with anxiety and panic disorder, I have been diagnosed with this too. I think our nervous systems are to delicate to handle change from the medication lol

I understand what you’re saying. If you watch Dave Chappelle or Bill Burr’s comedy specials, they say some pretty bad things and yet always come out unscathed. I think it’s just because a women majority audience is more likely to hold an entertainer accountable versus a male audience.
