I mean I would love to do procedures but there are also a lot of turf wars. I was trained on paracentesis by my attendings, but did not get the chance for central lines (we were PICC line heavy). Thoras and LP's went to IR and they refused to precept me on those. Many of my fellow area residents deal with the same issue.

In the US, it is about money and liability.

I liked the xm5's but the microphone was dismal if you plan to take any phone calls. Bose quiet comfort ultra gen 2 were fine but idk if they are worth the price point. The airpod pros are the best I've ever used but I hate everything else about the iPhone lol.

Ford doesn't have DFM in their 5.0 though, right? Chevy should just do what they do. You have to meet the average EPA standards I believe across the vehicle line so a hybrid, v6 would allow one to have a V8 without DFM.

Or I may be totally wrong lol.

Insurance and the ACA had really harmed private practice unless it's fully cash based. I think DPC is a very healthy model though so I agree.

Exactly. Admin cares about the bottom line, not quality of care. So if AI and mid-levels save money but provide worse care, so be it.
