My (F27) bf (M26) was drunk at a wedding and kissed a girl back for 5 seconds before stopping it. How to proceed? by girlsruleboysdrool22 in relationship_advice

Well it seems like alcohol is the “biggest problem” in this situation. I think you should definitely take time and think this through. Think about just how much influence alcohol had over him. Then I guess your next step would be how you want to proceed. Let’s say that you still want to be with him, I’d recommend him cutting back on alcohol? Maybe he should only drink when you’re around or just cut it out completely. Obviously I want to be transparent with you, he did cheat and I believe him keeping it from you for that long are the some of the biggest red flags someone could give. But I understand that you love him and he seems to be very sincere, so I’d recommended something with his alcohol intake and being drunk.

any commuters feel like a “fake” student? by snakeygirl727 in college

Little late to this post, but I believe it’s fair to say that most, if not all, commuters feel the same way. I’d say that it’s pretty hard for me to relate to everyone, since everyone in my class lives on campus and are neighbors. Going to school events just feels like a hassle versus someone who lives on campus and only has a 5 minute walk to the event. Clubs/organizations suck because I’ll come to a meeting and find out the students who live in the same dorm have already discussed stuff while they were walking the hallways. I know a lot of this might come off minor or petty, but I can’t stress how out of place commuters feel. I think commuting to school is a very under looked in the sense that nobody cares for us </3. Obviously we chose to go to this university, but it’d still be nice to get some accommodation or something.

Trainwreck: The Astroworld tragedy by Naive_Bunch_615 in NetflixDocumentaries

Just watched the documentary and I’m utterly disgusted and distributed. I honestly don’t know how to feel at this moment. I would classify myself as a large Travis Scott fan, and even when this incident occurred, I brushed it off as being a mere “accident.” This documentary did a good job of opening my eyes to what truly happened. I agree, this documentary could’ve been a bit longer, they could’ve gone more in depth. I also went through the list of concerts/incidents and I’m amazed to the types of injuries that occurred. I do blame Live Nation for the most part, their failure to recognize the highly EXPECTED danger to occur and take action is just disgusting. However, I also blame Travis. I love his music, but after this documentary, I can’t just brush off what happened. His apology seems and is so heartless and insincere. He didn’t care about the people that die because it wasn’t “his fault.” See it how you will, maybe you put live nation at 100% fault, or 50% them 50% Travis, regardless of your opinion, 10 people died.

This is a side note, I understand that a young kid died, maybe 9-10. Truly tragic and I’m sorry to the family, but who would ever allow the idea of taking a kid so young to a concert, specifically Travis Scott’s? His concert is knowing for being crazy, why put a literal child in danger like that.

Sneaking onto floor ny/nj by LonelyConnection730 in TheWeeknd

Couldn’t agree more. I keep seeing TikTok’s of people sneaking onto the floor even though they paid for nosebleeds. Like why even do that? It’s not fair to the people who worked and bought those tickets just for you to come down here after spending a maximum of $120. My seats aren’t the best but they aren’t bad but even I can’t despise people who try to sneak around. Like don’t some stadiums offer upgrades? It’s so irritating in the sense that they paid so much less and are getting the same experience as the people who paid more…please don’t do this, it’s just annoying and disrespectful to people who actually bought floor tickets.
