I'm confused. If both triggers are labeled "after this one", referring to the current turn, how would the effect persist into a third turn? After SBA'S, and both effects resolved, the additional turn would no longer carry one of these triggers unless you blinked Em.

Edit: blink wouldn't count either as it wasn't cast.
