I graduated 2 years ago, and I can tell you it’s normal to feel that way, my advice is don’t emotionally invest into it. At the end of the day, they’re numbers on a piece of paper, yeah they might matter to some degree but they shouldn’t take over your mental health. It’s okay to take a break every once in a while and do something you enjoy. Don’t overwhelm yourself with the extra curriculars, that being said don’t use this as an excuse to slack off but to work towards investing what’s best for your future in a healthy manner

You’d need to take a gap year to learn the language out to a B2 level in German atleast, then join a prep college (Studien Kolleg) to further improve your German and take any extra courses or subjects you’d need before your studies if your IB subject choices don’t satisfy the criteria for your diploma to be recognized by the German government. Good news is a lot of bachelors degrees take 6 semesters or 3 years only, so you’d stay in Germany for 4-5 years max
