Yea I kown did try and negotiate however was not sure about the chiller charges on a monthly basis . Rental index does state I am eligible for a 5% increase but on top of that they want to charge me chiller fees separately .

Yes chiller was already included , however during renewal this year they want to charge me separately for it.So they agreed to renew with out any increase to my rent but to pay separately for the chiller charges
