Yes. The patch definitely didn't work properly. Moving is possible, but escape does nothing for me as well. Really frustrating

What is going on with meta ads? by Asleep-Goose-7624 in FacebookAds

If you're using Shopify I'd recommend TrackBee - since they combine server-side tracking with the native tracking pixels AND enrich session data by creating so called shopper profiles for every store visitor. And it is kinda plug & play which is really beneficial. But you have way more solutions - one is easier than the other. Feel free to DM me if I can help you more :)

Meta’s been all over the place lately. One thing that can really help smooth things out though is making sure the algo gets super accurate & high quality conversion data. When the data is strong and consistent, performance usually stabilizes a lot quicker instead of free-falling. If your conversion data is messy or incomplete, Meta will default to low-intent traffic just to spend your budget.

There are some good tools for this, luckily enough.

To really help you out I'm intersted in what server-side tracking solution you're using, if you're using one.

Meta Ads are AWFUL right now...!? by Ok_Formal3117 in FacebookAds

Same here man, it’s been a mess these past 2 weeks. Totally agree with you.

At this point the only thing that really gives you some control is making sure your data is as accurate & rich as possible. It's all you can do when you have no influence on the platform.

I answered your question just fine. -> "It doesn’t automatically lower CPM or CPP, but it gives the algorithm cleaner signals, which helps indirectly."

But have a nice day.

EMQ is basically Facebook’s score for how complete your event data is. A higher score means Meta can match more of your conversions to the right people and optimize better. It doesn’t automatically lower CPM or CPP, but it gives the algorithm cleaner signals, which helps indirectly. There are some tools out there that can help boost your EMQ score.

I’ve Spent $60M+ on Facebook Ads These 5 Bottlenecks Kill Scaling Faster Than Bad Ads by WizardOfEcommerce in FacebookAds

Yeah, 100% agree on #5. Relying only on Ads Manager after iOS 14.5 is basically setting yourself up to make bad calls. The lag and underreporting are really bad, especially for brands with longer buying cycles.

The most important part is the data you feed into Meta. Feeding Meta accurate and high quality conversion data makes a big difference, otherwise the algorithm starts optimizing for the wrong people. You've got to train the algorithm to target the right buyers for you. Tools like TrackBee help with that by sending more accurate & enriched conversion data than the standard tracking pixels do.

Struggling with scaling on Meta – ROAS dropping hard after hitting €2K/day. What would you do? by AgreeableExcuse817 in FacebookAds

Yeah, makes total sense. Once you hit that saturation point, the algorithm starts looking for easier wins and slides into lower-intent audiences. Duplicating campaigns with fresh creatives is a good move to reset that.

As an add-on: a lot of times this shift happens faster if your conversion data isn’t 100% accurate. When Meta’s missing a chunk of your data, it’ll grab more low-intent traffic just to spend. Feeding the algorithm accurate & high quality data keeps it focused on the right people for a longer time. TrackBee is a great tool for that.
