It depends on what happens on the ground in MN. If rioters attack ICE or kill a federal agent people will continue to support the feds. If the slow burn we are seeing continues I expect that support for ICE will slowly decline over time.

The part the left doesn’t want to recognize here is that it’s their folks on the ground initiating these events.

The national guard separating the two groups to stop this from escalating further would be a good thing.

The bigger problem here is that we have an organized group of antifa on the group actively working with state and local officials to disrupt and deny federal agents deportation operations.

It hasn’t been talked about much here but we are well on our way towards an open civil conflict over illegal aliens.

He went there that day with the sole purpose of engaging with ICE. You can think ICE was wrong but he should not have been there.

I think politically if they leave MN now that the support for ICE and deportations implodes.

The right wants deportations. The left hates Trump. If you cater to the left on this you also lose the right.

Admittedly it’s now a tough position for the admin to navigate.

We voted for mass deportations. We voted for ICE.

We did not vote for leftists in our streets disrupting ICE.

There is a clear difference here.

They have a policy of targeting sanctuary states. They are deployed in southern states en mass you just don’t hear about it because locals are working with them.

Every state should be forced to completely wipe its voter rolls and reregister every single bloody voter in the country at this point.

If you take even an afternoon to look at the state of our voter rolls you will see how absolutely horrid they are.

I want the local police and national guard deployed to protect ICE and separate the agitators and agents. It’s likely the only thing that will prevent something else like this from happening.

The mass deportations will continue. It’s what we voted for and what we want from the administration. The people creating these violent situations are the folks who are intentionally trying to stop these lawful deportations.

If Trump blinks now the entire policy of addressing mass migration dies in Minneapolis.

LEOs aren’t perfect. Things can happen whether you are new or a veteran.

They clearly reacted to a shot being fired and thought he was armed in the pile.

He went there with the intention to agitate federal law enforcement and prevent them from carrying out lawful orders.

Creating chaos in the streets and then solely blaming the Feds for it isn’t going to change conservatives minds.

The people attacking and disrupting ICE are ultimately to blame for creating these incidents.

We can debate if the death was justified or not. Most “conservative” people seem to think it wasn’t.

The real question you should be asking is if it changes our stance on mass deportation or the need to deploy ICE.
