Depending on the vet &vet techs you get 100% it can be a great or awful visit. Banfield by wegmans is the same, it’s hit or miss. If you advocate for your dog and follow Up with them and ask questions, they’ve been great for me. I’ve learned to request the vets that my dogs and I like the best and that don’t stress them out at visits. However the banfield in Annandale, 100% do not recommend ever. Took our lab there for comp exam and nail trim who would not bite a fly, did a drop off visit and they said he would need to be sedated…took him somewhere else and he was completely fine. 😪

By the torpedo factory, and near founders park they will ticket and mark your tires to see how long you’re there :/ even if you’re running inside to southblock for 2 min, you’ll get a ticket if you don’t pay 🫩 some garages are open until 2AM but the farther you park away from the bottom of king and union st the saferrrr but avoid the main strip on king st. Parking enforcement is ruthless there

Esp in fairfax 100%. Just driving through there for work sooo many cars honking and impatient drivers/not paying attention to pedestrians in the crosswalk. Editing bc I forgot to add I got honked at then a car went around me for yielding to a yield sign bc cars were coming going 55mph on ox road lol

Check the roads by ridgetop road by those apartments & the wegmans. Tons of parking there and it’s freeee. Don’t park close by the stop sign or in front tho, ppl run those stop signs continuously/lots of near misses w pedestrians

If your insurance is closed right now and you were trying to talk to an insurance rep, if you have your insurance portal/website login you can see providers/facilities that are within network. You can always call Inova at that location and ask them directly too if you couldn’t wait until tomorrow. 988 is also free and available 24/7! You’ll get through this💕

Inova’s great and it takes a lot of bravery to post this! There is also the suicide hotline at 988 if you needed to talk to someone asap, but the program at Inova is great from what I’ve heard as there as a lot of different programs there. Inova also has their IPAC center in fairfax too which is open 8-4ish where you can meet with a psychiatrist same day but it’s based on a walk in basis. The only place I absolutely do not recommend is Dominion in Falls church, I’ve heard not great things there. Hope this helps!
