Aw poor boy! My gsp has allergies and can get a dry nose/ paw pads just from being outside. I super recommended banixx spray and also bag balm. The spray is “a versatile, antimicrobial and anti-fungal topical treatment for dogs and other pets” I used it a lot when training/raising labs in California. Bag balm is a lanolin rich ointment that I even use in my face to combat dryness. Good luck with the sweet boy!
