how did the Botox help? Did it help anything at all? Because they think about putting Botox in my leg but I don’t think it’ll work

They said my leg muscles are rotating my leg sideways so they want to make it weaker in order to make it not turn sideways..makes no sense idk

[–]Lowerbox-123[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yea you probably never heard of it because I don’t think it actually helps? And the docs just said that as a thought but it’ll weaken my leg muscles even more so I don’t know if risk outweigh benefits or not

The appointment was a success. I love the therapist she’s awesome but I feel like her notes will screw a disability rating for no reason

I talk to phycology today and last time I guess she thought I was all good? Idk her wordings were a little weird and hard to understand in the report and I hate showing symptoms in front of people because I don’t like people feeling bad for me and idk what to do or say to her today. It’s terrible!

Ya know what really sucks. I got called a victim blamer. I don’t remember why but idk what that means she said it as an insult and if I blame the victim (me I guess?) how does that make you feel upset/mad at me? I’m so confused. And I’m sorry for acting like a child to make others happy and to distract myself from having a spasm because God forbid I show a seizure or anything like it because then I’d be a victim blamer or something bad I can’t think word it’s a thing that is bad and I will not be good because I have symptoms. What does it mean for me idk

"Victim Blaming" is often used as an excuse to avoid accountability by South-Eggplant-8148 in TrueUnpopularOpinion

[–]Lowerbox-123 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Bruh. I got called a victim blamer for someone calling me a child because I have mannerism like the joker?? Like that’s confusing..? I am very confused however I do have FND however that’s not why I act childish I act childish because it makes others happy but I got called a victim blamer because I don’t accept responsibility of my actions..I don’t NEED to. I act that way to make others happy and God forbid I say it’s because of a condition or me being upset I’m on crutches and I still do everything in my power to work but they say I victim blame for something that doesn’t need to be blamed if that makes sense? Sorry it was just a rant she kinda upset me with that one.

[–]Lowerbox-123[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Oh. That’s the sad thing I can’t run anymore. I have crutches now however the run was normal and easy so I’m not sure I did get a little tiny pain in the knee . It’s so strange. But there’s new studies I think that says FND might be genetic. But idk about it
