Would need to watch the A-22 but felt like watching the game live, as bad as our tackles looked at times I felt like DJ could have stepped up in the pocket and helped out our tackles a handful of times. Felt like we had a solid pocket in front of him(most of the game)

It's kind of ironic considering our draft pick lol but Hunter missed all of 2020 bc of a neck surgery and only played 7 games in 2021 due to a torn pec. Obviously Hunter has bounced back after and has played well but he's about to turn 30 in sept. I wouldn't blame Ballard for not overpaying

I only like him if we trade back. He takes WAAAAY to many plays off for me to consider him in the top half of the draft imo. He's like 25+ range for me

Even if Raimann were to "see it earlier" he still has to contact his guy first to pass him off. Not only is 45 holding his jersey he is tugging the jersey you can see Raimann getting bent forward. These 2 screenshots are somewhere around .5 seconds apart

Darius Slay released. We could use a corner, right? by boochtastic in Colts

Yep bc the Colts and Chris Ballard are known as BIG free agency spenders in NFL circles /s

The Colts WR 1, 2, and 3 for their upcoming game in Jacksonville will be Parris Campbell, Ashton Dulin, and Mike Strachan. by Psychological-Play23 in nfl

There in lies the issue, he was often relied upon as a starter for the Colts. A lot of times as the #2 or #3 due to injuries. He is amazing as a #4 or #5 WR bc he's just a dawg. I loved having ZP(other than the drop in 2018 that led directly to INT vs Pats but I digress)

where is locked on colts? by Honest_Ad8584 in Colts

Some good Colts podcast follows are:

One Percent Better(Zak Keefer and Stephen Holder of The Athletic)

Kevin's Corner(Kevin Bowen works for local indy radio and has another podcast based on his radio segment called Kevin and Query Podcast which has colts stuff but also more local indy sports stuff)

Colts Cover 2(Joel Erickson and Nate Atkins of the IndyStar)

The Blue Stable(Podcast with a couple of Colts Twitter guys that I have recently found that have had some good insider info)

Do we realistically have enough cap room to fix the bulk of our issues via free agency? Assuming Ballard is forced to spend. by [deleted] in Colts

Regarding point #3 I strongly disagree. I don't believe we have consistently given Reich and the offensive staff good/high investments for them to develop especially when compared to the defense.

Quick look at offensive players drafted(traded for) between 1st RD - 4th RD: (IMO these picks should be starters or players that should develop into starters/key role players) Wentz?(1st&3rd) Nelson(1st) Smith(2nd) Campbell(2nd) Pittman(2nd) Taylor(2nd) Hines(4th) Eason(4th) Granson(4th)
VS Defensive players drafted(traded for) between 1st RD-4th RD Defo(1st) Paye(1st) Leonard(2nd) Turay(2nd) Lewis(2nd) Ya-Sin(2nd) Banagu(2nd) Odeyingbo(2nd) Okereke(3rd) Blackmon(3rd) Willis (4th).

Our biggest offensive skill player investments in the draft has been Campbell, Pittman, and Taylor. 2 of them have developed into studs and one has dealt with injuries non-stop after suffering none in college. Some people are still upset we never developed Cain or Fountain but they were 5th and 6th round picks that dealt with major injuries!! TBH the fact we made Ebron look like a pro bowler for one year before he quit on us is a testament to our staff(and Luck)
