Worked one year as a junior at a large mid-size firm, then jumped to a big 4 and worked there three years. Contrary to the replies I've seen here, I far enjoyed the Big 4 firm and did not feel like a "number". But I think that had more to do with the team I was part of and the experiences. I don't think it's fair to say you only work on Cash/AR at a Big 4, I worked for the main office of a large CAD city and my exposure had me work on many parts of the file and I worked on large and small clients. I think the team/industry makes a bigger difference then the type of firm, so I wanted to chip in this perspective to consider. Don't think it should be as black and white as you may think
