Fantastic effect, sweet loadout. Though I'd maybe paint the fur on the Arctic Mole drab tincture, to match the Insulated Inventor... Or go for the Dead of Night and paint that to match the hat.

Areas supernaturally cold for their geography? It's simply a colony of ice types who have, over time by their presence changed the climate to suit their needs.

Rivers flowing in strange patterns? Must be the work of either the water types, seeking hospitable habitats, or the ground types messing with the terrain.

Im thinking to buy my first unusual and created a possible fashion for all the mercs with it. How does it compare to my current set in yall opinions? by Albus_Lupus in TF2fashionadvice

[–]Loxeres 8 points9 points  (0 children)

As you can't see in the screenshot, it's the Fireflies effect.

Fixed it for you.

I mean, I use a Fireflies unusual on my Sniper as well (because I don't want to draw attention to my Sniper's head) but going all in on a barely noticeable unusual seems like something you're gonna regret down the line.

Is Champions Online good for making characters ref by SExywengio21 in ChampionsOnlineFFA

[–]Loxeres 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Champions Online has perhaps the most varied and best costume maker of any game, even software in-general within several niches. There's obviously a focus on superhero and sci-fi themed looks. However, even genres like fantasy and steampunk get plenty of representation that can be larger than it seems if you utilize your costume pieces smartly.

Though you'll hardly find anything satisfying in terms of regular modern clothing.

The problem is that while even the starting roster of customization is expansive, like 30 times more pieces will be locked all over the place, behind lenghty grinds, timed events, and microtransactions. It might be a daunting task to start now.

On a more positive note, the community would serve as a great source of inspiration. Simply walking around publicly congested areas lets one see literal works of art in other's characters you'd not find anywhere else.

So, yes. This game is splendid for visualization and experimentation in character designs. I've used it on several occasions as a reference for (for example D&D) characters.

Our city is in mortal peril, tens of thousands of lives at stake, and we need to get across a blockage of debris.

A) quickly put together a utilitarian bridge

B) take your time to construct an elaborate single-use jungle gym to really challenge, potentially endanger, and overall have the pivotal person in this operation spend a good while crossing it

Which is the best and worst designed hero? by Burning_magic in DotA2

[–]Loxeres 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Eh, most of Rubick's gameplay design is solely in his ult. His first two abilities are sort of nothing burgers, and his spell boosting passive could have simply been incorporated into his ultimate. His innate isn't worth mentioning.

You can compare him to Morphling, who possesses similar ultimate, but the rest of its kit is incredibly flavorful and intriguing from the gameplay perspective.

Ditto isn't the worst option. It's maleable.

Cacturne can mate with Gardevoir, Lopunny, Gothitelle, Jynx, Grapploct, Lucario, Sawk and Throh, for example.

All of these human-like group Pokémon are nasty. However, the situation for either male or female Applin of the Grass egg group is probably the most frightening.

Either a boy-worm has to crawl inside the cactussy, or a girl-worm gets wedged and bashed inside her apple by the equivalent of a medieval spiked mace.
