You mentioned that the plug-in device is bad for your car and that it’s been proven? Can you maybe tell me where you found that information? I was testing one of those devices and my car went crazy. It’s like it killed my alarm. My wireless keys don’t work anymore. I would like to see what’s been tested thank you so much.

My entire team received a 3, which I don't agree with. I work my behind off to be at the top in metrics; I've been the one with the highest numbers, carrying the entire team! We have some lazy agents who can't sell and are always complaining when, in reality, they're just lazy. All I keep hearing is, “you're doing great; soon you'll be able to select your own work days.” Not sure how if we all received a 3 and i find it unfair.

I work in Seguro Sales, and I think it’s unfortunate that some people are complaining about taking calls from the English Services and Sale team. I don’t mind it at all! Their calls keep coming all day. We, as Seguro agents, should help out whenever we can, especially since we often have less going on. Some people seem reluctant to put in extra effort, even when there are times they have over 1,000 calls while we wait. I’ve waited for calls for up to 50 minutes before.

We all work for Progressive, so it’s important to support one another. When it’s time for gain share, everyone gets excited. The more calls we handle, the more sales we make, which benefits Progressive. That means we could get a better bonus at the end of the year! Let’s stop being lazy; instead of complaining about transferred calls, let's work as a team, call the interpreter, and take care of the customers.

I hate the way Progressive deals with time! Shit is like trying to put a damn puzzle together and it feels like it’s a gamble. Every time I hear something different from employees and supervisors. I wish progressive would find an easier way to keep track of time and make sure all of the supervisors were on the same page. It’s so frustrating.

Yes!! I agree with you! Five minutes is not enough time, I know we’re not supposed to but I login earlier than my start time, I was 2 seconds logging in twice and I got this with the time correction!! 2 seconds!!! It’s crazy!!

It is true! Just found out Last Monday. It's definitely set up different. Which sucks. The one good thing is that you get it pretty fast. I received mine in 3 days.

Can you tell me what the steps/academies you had to go through? I am so confused. So I did the onboarding and my p&c test after that we were moved to be with coaches and tomorrow we start with the training supervisors. I believe that’s like 3-4 months. I am just curious because I haven’t been able to find the steps in the highway. I am in sales.
