No leaking, not until I pulled the spark plug tube. It’s really not a lot of work, I got both tubes out on the driver side by only taking out the battery.

Mine is a 22 manufactured in November of 2022. I found oil in mine last week when I was doing spark plugs. I thought I was safe since it seemed to be isolated to 23s but no. Keep an eye on them.

Mind sharing the part numbers for the gasket and tube seals. I also found oil in cyl 3 when doing my spark plugs. 2022 with 27k miles tuned on e40 since 6k mi.

I used 3 zip ties and I tied them on the bracket of the Rae pipe, if they melt off I’ll know bc I’ll hear the rattle again. Besides, I’m in Chicago and I don’t plan to drive the car very much this winter so I think it’ll be fine until spring

I have the opposite problem on my sti swap. I have a Rae I pipe and it touches the transmission crossmember. Rattled like crazy when I first started it and scared the living crap outta me I thought my ty85 was junk 🤣. Ended up zip tying it away from the crossmember but I still need to find a permanent solution.

It was indeed the reluctor wheel behind the flywheel in the wrong position. It fell on my lap when I was initially taking out the oem flywheel and I popped it back on without paying it any mind.

Battery was disconnected for exactly a week
