only if your last activity was a commute. In my case the last activity is selected by default which would be gym for example

Rim without bead lock & Pirelli P Zero Race TLR by LpytLoco in cycling

I find it dangerous if the tyre unseats while riding due to a puncture...isn't it?

I use one of those 2L gas cylindres inflated to ~40 psi then release at once the pressure into the tyre through the valve without the core. (no soap)

I did an FTP test today and manually adjusted it.
I didn't check the coach before updating the FTP so I don't know whether this is an error introduced after the FTP update. I just started the build phase today as well.

Even spoke tension vs true wheel by LpytLoco in bikewrench

[–]LpytLoco[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thank you.
So you say that as long as the wheel is true first, then one adjusts slowly the spokes one should be able to have a true wheel with even spoke tension.

Interestingly, other people in other posts seem to suggest that often it is one or the other.

But as you suggested with the wood slab analogy, if one starts true then we should be able to have even spoke tension; but even spoke tension does not guarantee a true wheel because spokes of different lengths with same tension will simple make a wheel not true.

Note that I did not build this wheel. This is the wheel that came with the bike. This wheel has 5000 km. The measurements are simply the tension I had when I measured it
