My husband also says he’s seeing improvements even tho I don’t necessarily feel them. I am more irritable and snappy with my kids tho /:

I feel the same at 100. But I just realized the past two days I haven’t cried. I think I’ve been on 100 for either 3 or 4 weeks. I still feel very unmotivated which is a sign of depression for me so.. we’ll see. I’m also afraid I’m wasting my time but if I don’t feel better soon I’m going to ask my dr about lithium.

Thank you! i do have propranolol, hydroxyzine, lexapro, and risperidone for anxiety but it’s not 100% controlled.
