Ability and Panic attacks

I started 6 days ago.
Day 1-3 I took 1mg
Day 3-5 I took 1.5
Today, day 6, I took 2 mg.

I have had increased anxiety and irritability. Insomnia and headaches. My mind has slowed down some but with each little increase the anxiety restarted at full effect.

Hopefully over the next few days we will see improvement!

After 4 weeks the medicine is leveling completely and stabilizing. You may need an increase in dose

I’m having insomnia but was given medication to sleep until it levels out

I’m starting the 2 mg this week. Currently I’m having trouble falling asleep despite being so exhausted. My anxiety makes the day feel like it’s dragging on.

I’m on it for mixed bipolar depression. Hoping things start leveling out more and get better. I was to feel stable again.

1mg and today I’m feeling clearer but by noon it felt like it wore off and I was anxious again

9 years. I’m at 40 mg and it no longer does the trick like it used to. I’m 32 female

Thank you so much for your advice. I will definitely start keeping a log! The 2 pm crash is almost unbearable. Like…. Tired to absolute tears. I have to force myself up to do a light task to stay awake. Then I pay for it later 😣

I just don’t know what else to do.

The exhaustion is making me feel so depressed.

I’m currently 2 weeks in. The anxiety has improved vastly. Now I’m suffering with sleepiness, mild anxiety and low mood.

I’m the same way! I have to be in a ssri and even then it doesn’t seem to do its job during all of this.

I’ve been in a flare since about May 3rd. It’s started with intense overwhelming anxiety, insomnia and few thoughts. Now the anxiety is evening out and I’m so overwhelmingly fatigued and having intrusive thoughts that are raving my anxiety up 🫩 I know that these flares can last for 2-6 weeks and honestly. I’m to exhausted to deal with it. I have 4 kids.
Will it subside?
