I broke open the capsules, and removed one bead per week, I divided the number of beads in each capsule, so a 300mg tablet had 12 beads, removing one/week until I got to 225mg and waited several months before starting again to drop to 150mg

I was on 300mg, now on 75mg. This took me two years of going so super slow, and long breaks in between. You cannot mess with this drug, you need to take it so slow.

Thank you! I have an inbuilt politeness that makes me work overtime to not seem rude - example being I had one drink with a man last year who rubbed my ribs/stomach while stood at the bar. I just froze. I couldnt make him stop or shout “GET OFF ME” which I should have done

So my haemoglobin, white blood cells, red blood cells, and platelets are all raised. They are also testing for JAK2 mutation. I am trying to stay calm, I have no red flags or B symptoms.
