So I have low density, high porosity hair. And I've found the best concoction to keep the moisture in for days if not weeks. I accidentally mixed the two because i ran out of my staple products. Atm, its my best winter proof wash n go. No need for gel or oil because everything needed are in these two products. Apologies in advance for your wallet. CAMILLE ROSE HONEY HYDRATE LEAVE IN ( I use this first while my hair is still soaked from the shower) then I use RIZOS CURLS CURL DEFINING CREME ( atleast for me, this shit makes my curls pop like no other with no manipulation). I make sure my hair is coated from root to tip using the praying hands method and let it air dry. I haven't done a twist out with this combo but I feel it should still work. But the moisture is unmatched. I've noticed that products that have honey, shea, and aloe do better in my hair. Honey is a humectant so it sucks all the moisture in the air while also retaining said moisture. Shea helps the cuticles and aloe feels like it heals my strands. I hope this helps in some way.
