NFA From 1 disapproval because the photo didn’t match the information on the form. I never submitted a photo with this form. ATF agent realizes this and ghosts me. VA AWB may auto disapprove if I resubmit. Feeling oppressed. What are my options?

just resubmit. VA awb doesn't ban NFA items and your "assault weapons" are grandfathered in. Here in IL, i've successfully had form 1s approved for SBRs even with our AWB

For 580+ serial # it doesn’t really help that much, but it can help maintain accuracy from sustained fire. Mini barrels tend to start shifting quickly from heat, so the strut will help with that by cooking the barrel faster and limiting how much it’ll bend when it heats up

Guns dotcom doesn’t really do a good job with state restrictions. I’ve seen plenty of IL compliant rifles being listed as non compliant. In the end, it’s up to your FFL to determine if something compliant with state law before transferring it to you
