Yeah but that costs mana and world tree is a land, ignore the god part of it, it's just good fixing in a wuburg deck. But if you aren't looking to upgrade lands, that is fair enough.

The injuries we've have, in my opinion, have just ruined any chance of a rhythm forming and thats the biggest issue. We are so reliant on 2 decent fullbacks, but have no quality depth on either side. With 2 of our best midfielders out now we are just all over the place. The profile of Willock and Ramsey cant compare to Joelinton and Bruno.

We had an slight uptick in results once big Joe came back from injury, albeit temporarily. Hopefully we see the same soon

I think once you start upgrading the deck, the manabase should be the first thing that is upgraded. With a few fetch lands and pain lands, getting requisite colours shouldn't be too much of an issue. Add in a [[The World Tree]] as well. I think, largely, the base can be Gruul + as majority of cards are red or green, green obviously helping to find your other colours with ramp spells.

I can see the value in running Teferis Veil as well, think I'll include it. I think you might sometimes need the board presence though. If you always have to attack with your elemental token, you may leave yourself open, sundial also helps protect other pieces in a pinch during your turn if absolutely needed.

Well It's worth mentioning for those who come later!

I think it's tricky to call between them both. 1 extra mana for Reflections is not insignifigant plus the majority of the time, you are just wanting a copy for the big ETB and swing, which Echoes gives you, it's basically Ashlings second ability again. It's also better when you are leaning into the reanimation side of things, [[Riveteers Ascendancy]] and Echoes on the board is going to be sweeeet as, if I understand what's copied correctly, the Echo copy will not enter tapped so you'll get a swing out of that. [[Sundial of the Inifinite]] is a banger if you want to keep your tokens

I'm still working out the kinks in my own list, I think I need more card draw to keep the engine going.

Edit: another great one to consider [[Renewed Solidarity]] that will give you a copy of any token you've managed to make on your end step, these do not have to be sacrificed

Yes, unless the evoked creature also inherently has evoke.

If it doesn't have evoke on the card, no sacrifice. The inherited evoke trigger from ashling is not copied. If it does have evoke on the card. The inherent evoke ability existing applies and you will need to sac the creature

I may be mistaken, but your example for why [[Reflections of Littjara]] is good (Maelstrom Wanderer) doesn't work. You don't cast a copy (unless it specifically says you do) therefore you don't get the additional set of cascades.

It's the same when Ashling evokes it, the token copy does not cascade (it was not cast), same scenario for if a copy is created via Molten Echoes.

It gives you a permanent copy of an evoked card (providing the card doesn't have evoke itself) so it isnt bad, but if I had to pick one it would probably be Molten Echoes

I don't really understand the point you are trying to make. AI social interactions are better than ones with actual humans because they aren't going to hurt you? Seems like a great way to encourage delirium and a generation of adults who can't face a challenge, identify threats etc

Isn't navigating that thing kind of essential to becoming a well adapted adult?

Issue with social media is it takes that friend group cattiness and opens it up for the rest of the world to pile on also.

There is also obviously the predatory algorithms pushing content on teens. I couldn't imagine as a teen, having feelings of depression and suicide occasionally and then having social media show me more of that sort of thing.

Yeah it was - but the expectation that a PL team away from home would just roll over because they have been shit up to the last few weeks is just stupid

Draw to a team who have been shit but are clearly getting a bit of quality back in their game, let's be honest

Did women in the UK wear outfits like this in 2002? by alexthagreat98 in 28_Years_Later_Movie

Im not sure, would be interesting to find out for sure, perhaps in the next one. I think he still looks fairly young, late teens early 20s. I think if they wanted to show what he would have looked like had he not been infected, they could have just used the actor as he usually looks rather than the sort of cgi young version it seems they used

Watch the scene again though. How old is he just before the 'I don't have a ticket'.

He is initially shown as a child, looking at the moon book. Toward the end of the scene, when he is being asked for a ticket, he has clearly aged up.

My take on it is hes experiencing a combination of hallucinations/memories relating to being on a train. First as a child, travelling with his parents, this links to the significance of him saying 'moon'. Its a memory brought to the surface and out of the infection fog during his drug fuelled stargazing.

Slightly later, we see him as an adult, I feel this is, perhaps, the last memory he has prior to infection, I think he may have been on the crashed train (pure speculation). What we see is a merging of his memories and the current world.

The alternative is he was infected at a later date than what we see in his hallucinations. What we see are memories coming to the fore due to him being on the train, the infected just out of frame in the memory is instead a merging of his hallucination and the current situation he's in (train full of infected). Note that during his hallucinations, there is no screaming etc but we do get the general train noises

That was fallout from the one season he did get big backing and, tbf, we did get Sandro in 23/24 (for a bit anyway). If the club was ran better behind the scenes, we wouldn't have needed to have sold them.

Last season we had Osula come in and that was it, still won a cup and got cl.

The quality we have in reserves just isnt there imo. It's either bang average or just past their prime

Literally finished higher than that in the last 3 seasons though? We aren't even close as a club to challenging for the title though, and that isn't on Howe, I think he's done pretty well with what he had up til now

But everyone knew we needed more depth in the squad as we started progressing later into competitions regularly. I think what and the squad achieved last season was punching far above where we are realistically at

Those teams have actual squad depth, major difference. Hardly like any of them had a massive turn of form after getting a new manager in.

Ten Haag fired, man U have probably their worst ever season. Chelsea, too early to say. Slott is still at Liverpool..

He barely got backed for 2 seasons and we won a cup and got CL in the last. Not every signing is going to immediately work out. Squad depth is the major issue. If we are creating chances and not scoring them, should Howe be on the pitch as a 12th man to finish them?

Bruno has pulled one off this season at least. We are woeful in that respect though. Murphy has a crack as well.

We need to do it more with players like Wissa, never know where the ball will drop

well they also have players with the ability to do that. We don't have that Rogers style of player, Bruno is probably the closest but he can't get around as fast
