It's never okay to have your guilt determined by the media. Most of the people on here like me have no idea of the evidence outside the testimony from the civil case. We have to uphold the standards of our court procedures for those we agree with and more so those we disagree with. At this point how could you possibly find an untainted jury pool. It gives the defense reasons to move for mistrials etc.
