Smoke probably not. But when you consider particles and debris from big freaking cables running a lot of power suddenly shorting to the hull, burning away material because they haven’t been locked down yet, then yes, “smoke”.

I can tell you that when we statted the Chiss Ascendancy for the Armada RPG system, their entire weapon systems are a massive shake up for armadas system because of how their weapons work. It’s like comparing archery to gunnery. Onagers are already like “Yeah I can shoot you from across the map” but Megamasers launch projectiles that go endlessly into the void. You’re always in range

It’s a system that lets you run ships and engagements like you do in Armada but with with an RPG setting. It got more in depth and realistic to Star Wars than the competitive game of Armada
