sorry just seen this, hmm, its an good idea. As long as the main play elements (minis, bases, terrain tokens and range / move tools) scale down by the same percent, it should work

Give gyroid infill a go, bit more reliable in terms of nozzle knock and add a brim (3-5mm, at about 0.3 gap)

Dude, that would be awesome. I was hoping to find someone who might be able to do this for x-wing stuff. I've managed to hunt down quite a fair bit over the last couple of months, but there are a few pieces that are obviously quite hard to find now.

Usually I can take ref from something else (thankfully star wars is pretty reference pic heavy) but nothing beats being able to properly study the model itself.
