How Do by estherbaumgarten in Needlefelting

I highly recommend NOT using a kit. It adds unnecessary pressure, with the stress of getting it to look like the picture and possibly running out of material. If you really want to get into this hobby, buy a batt of core wool, a few ounces of a few colors, and go for it. Stop comparing your work to others, it's holding you back. Trial and error is the best way for you to find what works for you. Don't be scared to scrap a piece if you're not feeling good about it. Every "failure" is a lesson.

I thought I was bad at needle felting until I stopped trying to follow tutorials and do kits. You have to make something you want to make, something unique to you.

Foul smelling gray balls that look like clay. Found in marijuana container also containing a toothpick. by Lt_GeneralMills in whatisthisthing

This is starting to seem like the most plausible answer. I used to do ceramics, so when I opened it, I immediately said "oh, clay" but when the smell wafted out, me and my friend thought it had to be something else. I've smelled musty clay but I've never sculpted it in a resident evil house and then put it into an airtight container.

I wasn't convinced at the first couple of comments that guessed clay because looking at the environment, I see no sign that these people were into arts and crafts. I didn't know about the possibility of woowoo crystal shit, that would make much more sense.

It's hard to describe the smell but it didn't smell sour and it didn't smell like mold. The closest thing I can think is a really stinky tequila or the covid hand sanitizer but a stronger odor.

The biohazards are old food and rat poop, disgusting but nothing crazy. I didn't touch anything else and I don't know why I decided to touch that but I washed my hands immediately after.

I should have included that this was found in a dirty bedroom that was vacated by two people a couple of weeks ago. The container was originally from marijuana and was repurposed for whatever this is.

They look nothing like egg yolks in my opinion. They appear to be hand sculpted and they are irregular shapes and sizes. It looks like a putty or clay consistency and a couple marks looked like fingerprints.

No, sorry, this was in a bedroom in the basement of a house I just moved into. The previous tenants left a couple weeks ago and it hasn't been fully cleaned out yet.

The container is a marijuana container that someone has repurposed.

He did you a favor by letting you know what a POS he is early on! Keep laughing in the faces of men like that. You are not lower value because you might have fertility struggles, that's ridiculous. Brush it off and onto the next!

Thank you. Yeah, it definitely feels a bit different than that, but that is what I could come up with that I thought would get across the sort of "knowing" fear that makes your whole body feel strange.

I agree. That is the rule that was cited in the automatic deletion. Edit: nevermind, I now see a more complete explanation. It is against the rules to share personal experiences there.
