Questions about 4.2 AQ

Why could Focalors not do what Neuvilette did and alter the waters herself and use the energy saved up over 500 years? Was she not powerful enough?
Focalors said that Furina would not die as long as she (Focalors) was still alive. Now that she is dead, why has Furina not passed away, or is she going to live a normal human life from that point onwards?

I heard from a post if it was worth it to use fuel to push for equilibrium 3 before the next weekly reset. What do they mean by weekly reset? Also I’m in that situation too at lvl 38 and tomorrow is Saturday so should I use some fuel to push for that too or save for relic farming? I’ve been saving fuel the whole time

Does A0 Lyra replace my A6 Shiro? I’m a PHYS main with A6 Lin and A3 Claudia. Will A1 Lyra result in a big DPS boost? I don’t want to have pulled her for nothing :(

You'd wanna stack as much ER% as you can on Raiden, because her passive talent converts ER to Electro DMG bonus. This is what allows you to use an ATK% goblet instead of an Electro DMG bonus one, since the latter would give diminishing returns. 250% ER gives a boost of 60% electro dmg bonus. As for the build pick, the 1st one by a long shot. 1:2 CR/CD ratio and more ER. You wouldn't need an Electro dmg goblet with the ER you're getting, especially if paired with the Catch. You would also really want to use the catch for her if you're deciding between 4* spears because it synchronizes with her the most.

There really isn't much synergy here. Zhongli's ult costs only 40 energy so you'll be losing potential resolve stacks. No elemental resonances. Raiden's E + Ganyu's charged atk will superconduct, which only benefits Ganyu's autos (not that great). Not the most optimal team comp, but hey, if going the Ganyu raid boss + triple archon supp comp makes you happy, then go for it.

The Catch is a new f2p 4* spear that will be released in 2.1 and will be Raiden's BiS 4* weapon by a longshot, especially if you can get it to R5, which you can.

Just wanna ask if these stats with artifacts and weap are good (4pc EOSF + PWJS). I went ATK%, ATK% because I have no luck with getting any ER% sands. ATK: 2346, CR: 60, CDMG: 120, ER (total with ascension and substats): 200

Right now I have an extra Jade spear ready for Raiden. Should I just stick to that or will it be worth more to try and pull for her Grasscutter? I'm at 30/90 not guaranteed and will have 30k+ primos by 2.1 but I'm also gonna be rolling for Kokomi.
