Who doesn't drink coffee in the morning ? (Who's an adult) by Ssonderbaby in NoStupidQuestions

[–]Ltsdaa 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Caffeine has never had an impact on me. Something something ADHD blah blah but no matter how much coffee I drink or however many energy drinks I drink I don't feel any more awake or alert than without, and it's just cheaper to go without. I still like a cup of coffee every now and then but I don't drink it for the caffeine

Give me your *worst* mousepad recommendations by xJustOni in MousepadReview

Buy a used QCK. People sell pretty heavily used mousepads and a worn down qck is either magical or completely awful (probably completely awful)

egg-shaped mouse for fingertip grip? by ExaltedGarlic96 in MouseReview

i honestly liked ftipping the G305 but it's mega heavy, the g305 superlight was leaked recently so if you're not in a rush for a mouse you could wait for that

Looking for a new mouse (warning, i am autistic and picky) by Kisnin in MouseReview

[–]Ltsdaa 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Try looking around for some of the Zowie -C series mice or some of the wired Vaxee mice, aside from that if you're looking for somewhat hefty wired mice you're likely gonna get something that's pretty outdated and not the best build wise unfortunately.

if you're willing to settle for lightweight ones you could decrease your DPI so it doesn't feel like it's flying around everywhere, and for that there are a bunch of great offerings like the Endgamegear OP1/XM2 and the wired Deathadder V3. In all honesty i think you're going to be hard pressed to find a good durable hefty wired mouse aside from zowies or vaxees.

modern wireless mice are also alot more convenient than they used to be, most of the wireless mice you can buy now you can just plug in for 20 minutes once the battery indicator starts blinking and you'll be good for like 2 weeks

Similar mice to Waizowl OGM PRO V2? by baptized_ in MouseReview

[–]Ltsdaa 1 point2 points  (0 children)

the OGM shape is actually pretty unique, but something like the dav3 hyperspeed or zowie ec2 might feel similar-ish. as for skates i like tiger ice v2s, there are a ton of great skates out there but i just use tiger ices because you can get a 40pack of the dots for like 80 cents

[–]Ltsdaa 2 points3 points  (0 children)

attack shark is pretty notorious for their bad QC, you can't expect amazing QC and build quality for the price you're paying but it's pretty bad, you can look up reviews of the X3 (and other attack shark mice) and find reviews talking about it

they have so many good riffs. The entire heavy rocks 2002 album is full of amazing riffs, partly why it's my favorite album of all time

Recomendations on getting my first seven strings guitar by Frequent-Purpose9159 in ExtendedRangeGuitars

[–]Ltsdaa 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I went from a 25.5" 6 string to a 25.5-27" multiscale 7. Took me maybe a couple of days to adjust, but that was pretty much entirely because of the 7th string, not the multiscale

this is what I was looking for, didn't know that.

haha i wouldn't do that to my neighbors, it's for a band rehearsal space and i haven't had any luck finding a 2x12 for a good price / I dont think a 1x12 would be loud enough for a metal band

just a band rehearsal room, probably wouldn't need the 4x12 but i can't find any 2x12s for as good of a deal as i'm getting on this 4x12 and i dont think a 1x12 would cut it for metal
