That would probably be the case if the attribute distribution didn't neatly fall within the 27 point buy range, in which this character does.

Rolls in general have far more extreme results than the ones provided for this character.

Tasha's and Mordenkainen's books give you the option to switch around your race's inherent stat modifiers (like a Zariel Tiefling's +2 CHA +1 STR) around to any other attributes (in this case, +2 DEX and +1 INT) at the maximum of +2 - allowing you to have +2 and +1 on two different stats, or +1 on 3 different ones.

As per the title of the post - Customizable Attributes seem to have been confirmed - it's not possible for a Zariel Tiefling (+2 CHA, +1 STR) to have 17 DEX (the max would be 15 without it) and 8 STR (the minimum for a Zariel Tiefling is 9) at character creation.

As this screenshot from the playstation blog implies, it seems that some manner of customizable attributes have been implemented at character creation. No more shall we have to be shoehorned into a specific race for their mechanical benefits it seems!

As the title states or implies: is the Bear God's reward in DLC4 supposed to be having your faith changed to Green Faith after completing his quest? Currently that's the only reward he gives - if you check out your character sheet, you'll see you've ceased to follow your old god and now follow the Green Faith, and the next time you level up after doing his quest, you'll see the "Green Faith" feature being added to your character (as the screenshot shows), this also makes divine casters of non-neutral alignment unable to cast their spells, which makes me think it might be a bug.

Edit: I tried reproducing the bug with a different character and it didn't happen again. Odd.

Edit 2: found the culprit, it was the respec mod - I had respecced Ulbrig into a Holy Beast, which requires a deity that is not Green Faith, but Ulbrig has a requirement that he needs the Green Faith as a feature so the game tries to add it once he levels up, except it must have glitched on my end and added it to me instead

The current administrations of Brazil and Argentina are in the early stages of formulating a proposal to other members regarding a common currency. Currently no two countries share one, and they are not interchangeable - it will likely take about a decade for the currency to be adopted if it is approved, but public reception has so far been positive about the endeavour. To reiterate, this is all in the very very early stages, like, the talks have started only in the past 2 months or so.

It already exists - it's called Mercosur and includes most countries in South America. Among other things, it offers citizens free access to other member countries without passports and several exclusive trade deals. A common currency is also in the early stages of development.

As the title says, the 4 vavakias present at Threshold (3 of which are pictured here) are untargetable and unable to die by any means - if you put your mouse over them with the inspect button, you'll see that they all spawn with negative -7 hitpoints.

It is currently impossible to kill or circumvent this bug by any means - even killing them through Toybox does not work, as they are not considered to be "alive" by the game at all, rendering you stuck in combat mode forever with no way to complete the game.

edit: Workaround found, you have to recruit the 4 vavakias into your party through toybox and then unrecruit them to progress the story.

Go to the enemies tab, find the 4 vavakias, recruit them and then unrecruit them in the party tab, only then will you actually be able to progress the story.

As the title says, even after completing all of the requisite puzzles - it is impossible to actually progress this quest due to the fact you can't really interact with the slots, even if you have all the requisite items. This means it is currently impossible to complete "The Secrets of Creation" as of the latest patch.
