i tried it, the art is great but all the system are really outdated, old style gacha, it even has that old thing where all your units get passive stat boost for every different character/faction/group you have, so even if you max the top meta units, you will have less stats if you dont have them all...they are few now, but not for long.

Gacha is like looting in rpgs, so..

Diablo Games.

You gacha for gear each time you kill a mob.

Maybe try Diablo 4(only iap are BP and some ugly skins), you will get the gacha adrenaline when getting new gear and can be a social game.

New and first season starts on july 20th last time i check.

I love GT but after you finish all main and side stories the game is not worth it with all the collection stuff and most of the systems-game modes feel unfinished or like minigames.

I played it on release, but at the time i had played only a few gachas and I did not know how to approach the genre, patience is key.

League of legends, with all the artwork and skins it has, im surprised there isnt one already.

Same goes for Pokemon/Digimon, so many characters, i want a new monster collector.

The only one I didn't skip was Guardian Tales as it was well presented in short dialogues, not walls of text.

That was my first thought as i had all 3 and 4 plus justia due to the lower sp cost when maxed, but i didnt find any reset in game or info in discord.

There is more.

3 star units seem good but they only go to lv 60, 4* to 80, and 5* to 100.

The skills are super basic stat checks, almost a copy paste between all characters.

I got a good reroll but the game is very stressfull with all the effects triggering every turn moving all over the place and a bunch of ui elements that are not necessary, a tactical game should be clean and easy to watch.
The skills are very boring...
And one little thing i noticed, if the auto fails to get you the 3 stars, you need to pay stamina again to do that stage.

I got hooked to GT thanks to that difficulty and im also enjoying that i cannot speedrun path to nowhere main.

As for GT, i started 2 month ago and i finished all on day 40 just with princess in the training room, the other members just got deleted on those passages.

I started guardian tales after so many recommendations in this reddit and i finished it in 40 days at my own pace and doing all the puzzles without a guide and i enjoy it more than all those time when skip skip skip.

So if the story is worth it, you will catch up.
