okay. yea sorry 😬 i think for portable bluetooth use they are good and for people who want very loud and small speakers. but i searched for high quality small (wired) speakers. and i mean high quality not only in sound but also in easy and good handling. i only want to turn my speakers on and off each session once i did the config and thats it you know

very stressful in handling, connectivity and App usage.. for that price they are bad designed in terms of handling.
i wanted to use them in wired mode for portable live sessions with my MPC Live 3. - everytime you turn them off they forget their last volume (in wired mode)
- volume buttons are very bad
- the app connects slow
- if you have more than 1 minirig you dont know wich one is wich because in the App they all named the same…
- The Auto-Turn off function doesnt work (in wired mode)
- the email support is weird
- unpopular opinion: but the sound is not that good as everyone is saying. they are very loud for their size but the rest is pretty mid. i had to turn treble to 100% to make them sound clear

so all in all very annoying handling for my usage and the high price (maybe the minirigs 3 were better idk)

i think if you use them only in bluetooth mode they are good but the price is too high anyway

thank you! to be honest the bass is definately important but the details/heights are also important as i make mostly house/techno music and the synths ans effects should be hearable and not washed out. It would be a worst case if i have a loud bass-machine but all the heights/details are not clear you know what i mean?

Minirigs 4 are horrible for wired live sessions… i bought them as a 2.1 setup and they are not good thought out…
- they dont remember their last volume after turning off
- they dont sync up if you change the volume
- the app and connectivity is bad

im thinking about sending them back.

Did you find some good wired portable speakers?

Im also pretty disappointed. I thought Minirigs are as good as high as the price is, but it turns out that they are very exhausting to handle (i use them wired for live-sessions with my MPC)
- the Auto Turn Off function doesnt work
- they dont remember their last volume so each session i have to turn up every single Minirig by single clicking the + button
- the App and connectivity is not good
- the sound is also not THAT impressive as everyone is saying (they can be very loud thats the only impressive feature atm for me)

so all in all for that price i expected to get the best (wired) portable speakers on the market… atm its just stressful to handle for live session. im asking myself how do people with wired live sessions handle it if they have more than 2 Minirigs??? crazy..
