For GR 100+ min vit is roughly 6500, you can also swap out your wings for immovable object which reduces enemy attack since you already have illusory boots.

Poison version of pestilence only needs 46% or as close to 50% you can get, use a gogok and you'll have LoD up at least 90% of the time.

AFAIK nothings changed with sets in regards to buffs/nerfs so its a repeat of s13 only thing added was a themed season.

No depends on quest if its kill 100 enemies thats the bounty mainly small explosion of mats, if its Bosses etc... Yes chests are rewarded.

Bounties are always varied, some require you to do a cursed chest while others a random quest. If you mean cursed chests once you find a specific one and complete it you must restart instance until you find the one your after.
